Project design is a set of works by which a project is developed within the legal framework according to the Law on Spatial Planning and Building Act, and all other works has been defined by collecting all the documentation in order to build some real estate.
Each property must go through several stages before it is allowed to use and there are three types of project streaming: Conceptual design, main project and implementation.
The preliminary design need to provide basic technical and functional solutions for the installation. It may also contain documentation sample in case of complicated building structure, such as description of the construction technology and different methods of constructing. The preliminary design must contain data calculation for the municipal and water fees in accordance with special regulations.
The main project is dependent on the type of facility; consists of surveying, architecture, construction, electrical engineering and mechanical engineering of the project and as well as estimate of the costs for the works. These projects are aligned and they provide a technical solution of the building and proving all the conditions that buildings must meet.
According to the project implementation is to build the desired object and comply with the ideas of the main project.
